The sample pages are in .pdf format so you will need Acrobat Reader to view or print them. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader it is available as a free download from the Adobe website.
The pages are set for printing as an A5 booklet. Use A4 paper, set your printer to Landscape format, print all odd numbered pages, turn over the paper and print the even numbered pages.
Hold your mouse pointer over the download link above.
Click on the link with the right button. This will bring up a menu like one of those below.
This will open the ‘Save As .. window. Saving to the desktop will make the file easy to find (you can always move it later) but anywhere will do so long as you remember the location.
If you are not familiar with downloading here’s how:
With the left button on your mouse click
‘Save Target As ...’ (Explorer) or
‘Save Link As ...’ (Netscape / Mozilla)
If you have any problems downloading the sample pages click the link below to e-mail us.
If you’ve saved the file elsewhere, locate it (it should have a small pdf icon alongside the file name) and double click the filename.
The file will open for you to read or print.
When the download is complete with the left mouse button double click the pdf file icon on your desktop.
